Key points:
1) Stability on single leg
2) Knees pressed out in Shiko Dachi
3) Strong focus and understanding of kata's rhythm
4) Correct hand techniques
Pay close attention to the kata's details and spend the majority of time focusing on stances and transitioning from one movement to the next.
