The WDR BIG BAND feat. Matt Carmichael, tenor saxophonist from Scotland, with "Road To The Sea" (K: Matt Carmichael, A: Bob Mintzer). This project is led by principal conductor Bob Mintzer, who has specially translated Carmichael's lively music into large format for the WDR BIG BAND. Additional solos are performed by Johan Hörlén on alto saxophone and Bob Mintzer on EWI. Produced as part of rehearsals for the concert "From The Speyside of Jazz" at WDR Studio 4 (March 2022).
