Jimmy's interviews are so choreographed to make the guests look good. I don't blame him for the fake laugh. Its difficult to laugh genuinely at something you've heard before.
Well, thats pretty much how every talk show is. Especially those in the primetime slots. You can't risk having the conversation being empty and super awkward. And anyway I thought this was a pretty good story.
Imagine how emotionally exhausted he is after every show. I just wonder why the Jimmy’s are hosts as interviewers they both hideous. Fallons innocent schoolboy act is boring and I don’t understand why he is still there. He also speaks over his guests, urg. Kimmel is just an actual asshole. And the nature of his “jokes” sometimes wtf either sexist/tone deaf/ passive aggressive (He interviewed Noah and wow🤮)and 90% of them unfunny.
"My oldest is 18" Damn, had to look that one up. I know Matt Damon is getting older, but that's a step-daughter from a previous marriage. He's been around 13 years for her though, so story checks out. =)
I wish Jimmy would just let the guest tell their story or deliver their line without interjecting so much babble. Then he just had to repeat it like 2 or 3 times with his nervous talk completely taking away from how awesome of a story it was.
one of the most grounded, down-to-earth, and nicest people in show-business. Doesn't let the vain pursuit of fame, fortune, and vanity cloud his sober-minded judgment about people and life. I think success hitting him earlier on taught him from his other interviews mentioning his overnight success with "Good will Hunting" that empty vacant void we're trying to fill is found in the affirmation and validation of others (in which the industry he's working is built around) - but in one's own high-met ambitions of doing what he or she enjoys doing, and he simply demonstrates that really well as an actor and a human-being. Simply in the flesh and in the present moment to be genuine with others by sharing his success and spotlight.
Hi Matt Damon, I like watching you on Bourne Identity. I think you're a wonderful actor, and thank you for being an awesome husband /and daddy. you're awesome human being.
Matt is such an intelligent & interesting guy, I just wish Jimmy would stop interrupting & let him finish his story. He can't seem to grasp the concept that guests like Matt are capable of telling amusing stories on their own. Jimmy's constant need to babble & fake laugh is annoying & frustrating even more so when there's clearly no need. I wish he'd take a few lessons from Graham Norton as he knows when to engage & when to hold back!
Funny how around some guests, Fallon drops his vocal register lower to sound deeper and more masculine his lower voice here sounds almost unrecognisable. Meanwhile Damon sounds his usual self lol
Also, if you are referring to the European Union and the Brexit vote, it could take up to two years for them to split from the EU according to Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. Even so though, London will still be on the same continent of Europe.
