Maybe when Hobby Lobby didn't want to pay for some health care for its employees, how bout that one? Even without the expanded rights corporations received all they had to do is simply say that it was not in their company's best interest to air anything they don't want. "After review we determined that airing such an ad could hurt revenue due to potential backlash".

So 1st thing. Congress must make new laws in 2025 that during oversite over any agency mandated buy the constitution, personnel WILL answer questions to the satisfaction of the over site committees. They may not answer " cant comment on ongoing investigation, I am the head of agency but I don't know.
