The first time I heard your version was a small snippet on TikTok, moments after I found out my uncle (who raised me thru my teenage years) had passed away. One of my favorite memories was being in the car with him driving and this song was playing. “Lights will guide you home…..” You also look exactly like he did when he was younger. I come back to that video every time I’m missing him and it absolutely wrecks me. You have such a beautiful voice, you’re going to go far, man.

My mom died almost 4 years ago to cancer and this was the last song I ever sang to her before she passed. This song will forever be special to me for that reason. I even sang this to her after she passed over her body. The most heartbreaking thing I ever did but she loved when I sang to her so I would sing to her when I could. This song means so much to me so thank you for covering it
