Matt Heafy embodies Class. He never fails to amaze me with just his big heart alone. But it's not just him, everyone in Trivium are solid, down to earth people. I wanna meet them one day.
I was in the middle of the pit for this show. Helped to stop the pit when we saw this poor girl in agony laying on the floor and helped with lifting her out to security. Looks like she had injured her leg in some way but couldn't really tell how or what, no clue what came of it. Huge props to Matt & Corey for recognizing the situation and stopping the show when it counted most. Thanks for posting the video!
I was at the show in Atlanta a couple weeks ago, everyone was great. If you fell, you were IMMEDIATELY without hesitation helped back up by like 4 people at once. Matt even helped someone get their phone and shoe back haha
They also stopped mid song when I saw them in Denver to break up a fight that was happening in the pit. These guys all have huge hearts, as well as incredible musical chops, and I have nothing but the greatest admiration for them.
@@michal5058 i am not saying that... i've been to 2 concerts in the past where all out fights have broken out and the band just continues playing and don't acknowledge people getting hurt!!!
@@michal5058 I don’t know man. Look at that Travis Scott concert from a while back. People got seriously hurt in that crowd and nobody did anything. Seems like such a basic thing is harder to come by these days
@@yellowdog2181 Tbf if you don't play gigs yourself you probably wouldn't, the smaller the show the less techs, but trivium seem like they like to take care of shit and help out as much as possible
Nothing to take away on the stoppage or what else; but I think Corey went to Matt on the account a) Matt’s the band leader, b) being at a mic already, and c) having the bigger stage presence to take better crowd control.
Few days ago he stopped a show here in St Paul briefly to point out a fan that had a bit too much to drink apparently, and was I guess out of line in the pit. Props to him, seems like a great frontman. Didn't really know much of their music, but we stayed to check them out from the good stuff we had heard about him previous.
Matt heafy the nicest kind man in music in my opinion not many other band members of other bands worry about there fans like Matt does awesome man good one Matt 🎸🎸🎸🤘🏻

Love it. This band is awesome and everyone of them seems to keep an eye open for stuff to happen. Matt even had a flashlight on himself and i guess its for moments like that. And the crowd seems to be very supportive and helpful in this situation. Nice people listening to nice people, you got to love it.
This was such a crazy moment in the show, was in the pit and the chick was on the ground grabbing her leg, anyone that was near her immediatly backed up.
Saw them do the same thing a few years back when a guy went crowdsurfing during gunshot without any security to catch him. They really keep an eye on the safety of the crowd
Yes because his shows r nuts and he has had to stop many showsnfor ppl knocked over or having a medical crisis. Corey taylor amongst a few others stop their shows to help as well
He's always watched out for the fans. Saw them in Tulsa OK back when shogun first released and he stopped a show because someone was fighting in the pit. I paid for a meet and greet and I barely got to talk to any of them.. hope to get the chance to do it again some day.
