Progress. This is awesome. In the last year or so he has improved noticably. Not just his speaking, but his gestures and manurisms. He was even smiling several times. Almost looked like he could fight again. Honestly, he speaks better than Nate Diaz. As a brain injury surviver this makes me happy and should give hope to many- including me! Neuroplasticity is real! For me, something as simple as bouncing a tennis ball when walking was super helpful. To anyone reading this who is scared and struggling- or has a loved one, it's one step at a time. Healthy brain foods like Wild Salmon- good fats. Focus on quality sleep and give it time.

It’s awesome I had a golf ball size stroke growing up so lucky I was a kid but the fact he’s an adult and recovering like this is amazing

Such an amazing person! I just lost my husband to brain cancer but in last 5 years he went through 2 major brain surgery s and had the same kind of damage so I completely understand what comes with it...the ups & downs the uncontrollable emotions so I truly commend that he's still kicking ass!

@timslee0618 bruh he admits to torturing animals, beating up his dad with his brother, bullying all the non wrestlers in school, man he even mentions sexually assaulting some 13 year old?!?!?!??!
@timslee0618
@timslee0618 Год назад
@@GrizzlyAdams101 he was talking about his past. he showed pictures of feeding a baby animal on his ig page a few years ago. yes, in book he mentioned that was when he was in high school assaulting that 13 year old girl. oddly that girl ended up becoming now his ex-wife.

Great to see Matt as a genuine human being. This same guy was once P4P King in the welterweight, like BJ Penn. Glad both of them made good recovery from their downsides
