During the Discover Card Countdown to Green in the 2003 Banquet 400, Bill Weber did a nice feature on Matt Kenseth. He was the most talked-about driver of 2003 due to his huge 436 point lead he carried prior to the EA Sports 500. This feature helped me understand a little more about Kenseth, how he grew up, his awesome grandparents, and how he met his wife Katie. He may seem like a robot on the outside but this shows a much more personal side of Kenseth.
These kind of segments are not around much anymore on pre-race shows and just wanted to share it - especially to younger fans who do not know much about Kenseth. As for the race...he might want to go back to Wisconsin after this one...
