matt smith saying he's the most annoying person in his life, thinking mary berry is hot, and saying "that's telling" when the host talks about impersonating gloria estefan...hes just like me fr
Matt Smith IS The Doctor. Like, in real life. I'm convinced, he was no doubt instrumental in creating the show, dropping hints that Verity Lambert made into a show. Then, when it rebooted and he saw how cool it was, liked the modern version enough to decide to be in it when he saw Tennant stepping down. Hee hee! "Pity, that Tennant chap is leaving, he played a pretty good me. I could do that. I could play me. I'd be GREAT at playing me! And I can fit it in around saving the Universe and such. I am a Time Lord, so I can MAKE time. Now. Just need to develop an actor's persona. Hmmm, need a name. Not John Smith, too on the nose. But let's keep the Smith, love a Smith. Now, first name...Charles? No. Henry? No. Michael? Michael Smith? Not too bad, but not quite there...Mark? No, not 'me.' Be a nice nod to that Mark Hamill fellow, pity what they did to his franchise, I might have to go back and change that someday...he makes a great Joker though...wait, where was I? Oh yes an actor nome de plume. Perhaps another biblical name everyone knows, like John...can't do Luke, too overused...Matthew? Matt Smith!!! Brilliant! That's perfect, molto bene, as Tennant would say! 'Hello, I'm The Doctor, and I'm playing Matt Smith!" No, wait, that's wrong. 'Hello, I'm Matt Smith, and I'm playing The Doctor!' I may even get to meet Billie Piper! I fancy Billie Piper! Ooohh, this is going to be FUN! Hey, they're auditioning parts for Moffat's 'Sherlock' series...that would be a good way to get my foot in the door, and Moffat's attention! I hope the fact that my current regeneration looks so young isn't held against me. Okay, better get to work laying a 'paper trail' of Matt Smith's existence. Now where is that memory worm...? Allons-y (to quote Tennant again), here we go and Geronimo! Hey, I'll need to get that in the show! So he tried the acting thing, and liked it enough to keep it as a hobby, but decided to try roles where he wasn't playing himself. "Oh bollocks, was that 'Terminator' thing a bad idea! Something I should change, maybe? Nah, better not mess with it, lesson learned. It's been fantastic otherwise. Oh look, they're casting for Prince Charles in this series, 'The Crown! Charlie was a right good fellow, had tea with him a couple times, in my last regeneration. I could play him. I wonder if I could fit fezzes in there somewhere?" It's fun to imagine. LOL! This is going by the theory that, in an infinite universe, everything you can imagine actually exists somewhere out there. Oh...but that would make the Daleks and Weeping Angels too. Eek.
