Thanks for your insights. I think MTTR will be more valuable than 5.5/share within few years. They are losing money but this losing keeps decreasing and there is an operating leverage ahead. My intention was to hold it long enough until +10, +15, +20,... I believe this is possible but now I have to be satisfied with 5.5.
The acquisition at 5.5 for shareholders is almost sure whereas the possibility that MTTR alone will be worth more that 5.5 in God knows how many years is just an hypothesis.
I was in matterport before the announcement. So I'm way up anyway. I only have 6% of my portfolio at risk here. I initially sold post announcement and took profits. Then I bought back in recently at 4.10. Idk about yall, but I see this as a trade with lower than usual risk and a VERY large upside. Imma hold.
Yes, this is true. Also sold 25,000 shares on the first trading day of each of the last 3 months (at least), including 25,000 shares sold BEFORE the merger announcement, which he would have known about (probably).
