some people use theo as a nickname for mattheo! (although it doesn't sound the same as the last part of his name.)

He is a fancast character that was made up by the harry potter fandom so "Mattheo" isn't technically in any film, but he looks / acts like the character Marcus Lopez in the show deadly class (on prime video, netflix, or soap2day). That's where these clips are from! The actor is Benjamin Wadsworth :)

It's a really good show and I'm sure you'd like it! It's especially fun to imagine the character as Mattheo
