My own loving relationship lasted for fifty years until my partner died. We were described as "Partners", and a few years ago before he died, our relationship was acknowledged in a very low-key "Civil Partnership" ceremony in Brisbane. The only attendees were two friends as witnesses. There was no family or friends present. At the time we were grateful for at least having our relationship acknowledged by law. Happily, times have changed, and I watch these beautiful ceremonies on RU-vid with love, and tears of joy for these beautiful people dedicating their lives to each other. As an 89 year old, I wish them all well in the ebb and flow of their lives together.

I'm a progressive Christian (so I've learned about inclusive interpretations of the LGBTQAI+ community, but I know I have straight privilege and I'm sorry everything has been so weaponized) and I loved this! Honestly, it was just very peaceful. Having one white jacket, one black jacket was nice too. It might be their style or to have the color-coded stuff of a wedding dress/groom outfit, but it works here. Honestly, if I get married I want a light pink dress. Maybe, light blue. So go personal style!

Some progressive Christians have what are seen as traditional beliefs, like they believe same-sex marriage is sinful, although most people using the progressive label believe women are not lesser than men (so they believe women can have roles in the church same as any man) and that divorce where no one cheated is ok. They're progressive in the way they want everyone to have legal rights and they don't hate people who are or who have a sexuality where they could be in a same-sex/gender relationship. Some progressive Christians, like myself, go to churches that follow inclusive theology, like arguments about how there is a context to the passages commonly used against people in the LGBT+ community and, although I feel this is more for cisgender same-sex/gender couples or people with a sexuality where they can fall in love/be attracted to people like that (gay, bi, pan, etc.)right now though and some of that is also about social feelings towards gender identity. I get hope from it, while I'm also straight/cisgender so I also realize I'll never have to come out or grapple with my own sexuality and feelings about God and Christianity like someone else will. The trauma is there, it's even been politicized, but I am happy to be a Christian and I try to sort it out and to follow God and be loving no matter how I believe. I hope that helps.

Satan is the master of confusion, sexuality perversion, etc He can control certain " minds" if people have stopped seeking God, to " protect their thoughts" ( mind.) He did this first, in the Garden of Eden. Satan works with mind, negativity, violence hatefulness, evil forcefulness, pressure, fake love, infactuation, getting all that you " want, etc etc. Concentrates on " self" rather than the other person. The "get" way is Satans way. Gods way is " to give" Gods thinking is " Peaceable, thoughtful, understanding, not getting angry, upset, no pressure, calmfulness, real love based on what's REALLY IN THE PERSON HEART AND SOUL etc Opersite of Satan's way of thought/ motive. People need to understand " what true love is. Gods way isn't just based on " Romantic love/ INFATUATION.
i’ve only attended one wedding in my life, one that was very stereotypical and grand. the exact opposite of what i want, getting to watch this helps clear my mind of how i’d want my wedding to be. although fancy clothes is still iffy because of me being genderqueer and not wanting a dress or a suit. but i love the idea of walking down the aisle with both my parents
