Technically, you can participate from any country, I think, as long as you're on social media. I'm also pretty sure that you can donate from anywhere. I'm not positive, but I think so.

Matthew is so adorable I can’t even describe it 😍🥰 It would be a blessing to meet him someday and even be best friends with him. He is full of positivity and he is truly kind hearted. The first time I knew about him was when my mom watched Criminal Minds.
