As we say in the “ program”. “ one day at a time”. When I get overwhelmed, I can 🛑 stop. And begin my day over, and just as you say stop multitasking and over- thinking. Thank you so much. We tend to forget these things and it’s good to be reminded, especially by you. I like the traffic light thing
