Fun fact, Mcconaughey's character was supposed to have a British accent, but his attempt at the accent made Guy Richie (Writer) change the entire plot so that his character moved to the UK after growing up in USA 😆

You know he started as a stoner and in cheesy romantic comedies. He made some money but knew it wasn't what he wanted, so to transition into more serious roles he stopped accepting offers. He had been type-casted at that point, so he decided to just keep rejecting roles for 2 years until he was finally cast in the Lincoln Lawyer and then Magic Mike where he proved his ability to adapt to these roles. Idk saw an interview recently thought it applied here

This short clip highlights his incredible acting talent! Never heard of the movie just clicked on this clip and watched it and it's because of him that I now want to see this film. New Comer, Henry golding, is really good in his character , ?Dry Eye??, something like that , anyway, bc he's so cold & there'd never be a tear from his eyes. Grab some popcorn , get comfy & enjoy . I've seen it several times since last year or 2 . 😊 From NYC .

Yeah, it started slowly for me too but man, it picked up and I love this movie. Matthew McConnahey, Charlie Hunnam, and Hugh Grant were amazing. It’s definitely worth watching over and over again. ❤
