Such a great song. The "I'm Coming Home" part is pure gold. Goosebumps every time. Love it. :-)

One of the most haunting songs ever made. I really feel my heart being ripped apart by nostalgia, regret when I listen to it on my phone but it also brings me deep will of moving forward, closure and pride. I listen to it everytime I travel back to my hometown for college breaks and the I'm coming home part always gets me like a straight-shooted arrow.

I really felt my heart screaming the 'I am coming home' part and my eyes welled up in tears .And I wish one day I will be able to smile and say the 'I am coming home' part when I get the chance to return to my home and my family

I've been listening to this song and your other works for almost 3 years now, and I gotta say that this is one of my favorite songs of all time. almost always I cry my eyes to tears when I hear the bridge and the line "I saw the city through my tears". It's amazing how a song can still do this to me every time for 3 years. no other song has done this to me, thank you and please make more music.

There is almost a growing force in this album and it is quickly becoming one of my all time favorites. I feel that artists are the vehicle that great art flows through, the relayer. Both the song and the film have a peculiar sense of melancholy, I mean that every time I watch the film or hear this song, I just look up for a bit towards the sky and a sigh comes out automatically

Is it possible to wear out a RU-vid music video???....lol. I also was so touched by the song in the trailer of Manchester By The Sea that I tracked it down. I play it at least 5 times a day. I see this as the Oscar winner for best song. It led me to search out MPJ 's interviews and other music. I think my 74 yr. old soul is a mate to his.
