Harry, you’re both right! Big Vision but with ICP and starting niches Large vision only worked well back in the 90’s not today.

Fascinating back and forth! Well done Harry and Matthew!👏 Really enjoyed the debate and I agree with positions. At the end in mind these are just different sides of the same coin. VC backable business = need large enough market, at the same time, when starting out you do need to the early adopters (thus the find the USP for these).
