A small niggle if I may? @11.45 - Why does Paula M have to flatter people calling them 'gorgeous' etc, it seems so insincere. Just hold you own without softening people before speaking. It's a pattern Meghan adopts too, like when she addressed the women's panel in Nigeria with a string of flattering superlatives of what it means to be a Nigerian woman - to win the crowd before speaking. It's unconscious passive manipulation. I'm a psychotherapist so perhaps I just have a keen eye for these things and others don't mind or even notice.
