I love her singing, bput I love her ministring even more. I wish she had more videos of her preaching. I like that she not only to her kids and other people how to sing but she taught them howvto minister and live the word of Christ. I am 42 and she nspired me for ministry.
My goodness what a woman!! Sharp, smart, disciplined, tough love... on top of all her achievements, she looks like an untouchable fashion icon! I look up to her.
Mattie Moss Clark is one of the main reasons I started played the drums and organ at a young age! She is the QUEEN of gospel music. I miss her too too much! She was one of the best song writers and arrangers. I am so glad I was around her. She passed away when I was 12 or 13. I still have memories of my mother getting ready to sing for the offical day and the musicals back at Baileys Catherdral when Bishop J.S. Bailey was alive. My former pastor Supt J.S. Lee was living. those were good times.
This video really ministered to me. Dr. Clark was really speaking the truth in this interview and I'm glad I got a chance to view this. Thank you for posting.
ahhhhhh if this aint the clark sisters all rolled in one... karen looks like her, dorinda sounds like her, and jacky ACTS just like her..she was serious about her ministry, wonderful woman
Thank God for Dr. Mattie Moss Clark. Your daughter, Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole, is you all over again. If I closed my eyes, I would've thought that it was her speaking. Wow.
absolutely correct!!!! she said exactly what the Gospel is.....no disrespect 2 the late Mattie Moss Clark but it was her understanding of the Gospel that got my attention. sometimes we can get star struck on the messenger & 4get the message. The Gospel!!!! The best message ever 2 hit mankind. The Gospel : the coming, life, death, burial, ressurection, ascension & 2nd coming of JESUS THE CHRIST.
@DeenasWorld I love your comment, first of all!! I absolutely admire this family. Truly a wonderful gift from God. But I must put this out there, when we were out in the world, that is when we learned about hypocrisy. I've found that as long as you deal with people, saved or unsaved or "straddlin the fence", you will run into all kinds of personalities. These are people who mean well or just don't know any better. Pray for them, for they are our brothers and sisters in Christ!!
Dey sho nuff need 2 take some notes, cuz I no he turnin ova n h grave, especially wit all of dis music on the radio now... by da way which isn't gospel.
