Mattuponkal Thiruppalai Madurai 15/1/2021 tai 2 

On Mattuponkal, normally, numerous processions take place. Due to the pandemic, there were not many processions this year. While waiting for my food parcel, a procession came along New Natham Road. Finally, when I was walking on Thiruppalai Main Road, I met the same procession. Two other cows with their care-takers had joined.
Hopefully, this year, Amman festivals will be celebrated again.
