So nice to meet a Young 36 old guy , who saw this pain / anxiety as an invitation to healing and dove deep into his own life experiences.. and learned the language of emotions ! So well done! Sorry you had to be in such difficult situation ! Doctors who use:unseen, shocking, horrible etc should get lessons in reassuring their patients instead of scaring the heck out of them! I just realized lots of my doctors were a perception of danger/ even a real danger to my brain 🧠 ! Lastly, what a beautiful tribute to D.O.C.Dan( daily online coach).. you deserve every word of it Dan! Thanks both of you ❤❤❤

PDP is by far the best term for this. Especially for those of us who experienced childhood trauma and then multiple problems with a variety of physical effects over a lifetime. Thanks for all you do ❤much gratitude 🙏I watch daily now. And replay the fast start videos over and over when resting or trying to sleep 😴

Blurred vision here too, along with light sensitivity, dry eye, screen intolerance, eye pain, face pain and POTS. I was recently almost pain free for 5 months. It's back now but thanks to Dan I know exactly what is going on.

Today is day four of blurred vision and I went to the doctor three days ago and was definitely freaking out because out of nowhere, My vision got blurry and I went to the eye specialist and he said that my vision was perfect. I was able to read everything I didn’t have light sensitivity like I thought, and he said that my eyes look perfect. They look great. But then I reminded him that I had vision problems a year ago and I have had a whole host of other symptoms… now I’ve understood our mind-body I’ve had back pain, I’ve had vertigo, and I’ve had vision loss after very stressful situations in my life. I’ve also had carpal tunnel syndrome After almost losing a family member. And all of my symptoms came after very very, very highly emotionally stressful situations. I am definitely a suppressor with my emotions. But I am writing this comment because this morning I woke up around 4 AM tossing and turning in my bed And I can see 100% without any blurry vision. The crazy thing is that I went to get an MRI because after the eye doctor examined my eye said and said it was normal. He said he still thinks I should go get an MRI to rule out Multiple sclerosis, which I was diagnosed with incidental multiple sclerosis last year. The shocking thing is that after being diagnosed and labeled and locked up by the American medical hospital system, after I was misdiagnosed and treated in the worst fashion possible in a hospital, the fear of the label kept my symptoms in a spiral for one and a half months. This all happened last year after a very highly stressful situation And I had vision loss as I told you before. Now working with daily videos with Dan and lots of mind-body, self-care, compassion, and trying to free myself from the fear of the pain this morning I woke up and my vision is back after losing it for about Four days. And the funny thing is that I got my MRI results back yesterday and the results said that I have optic nerve degeneration and swelling and I have parts of my brain where the blood is not going. When I got those results yesterday I completely freaked out And my whole family was in tears. We sat around the bed all looking at each other in shock that the multiple sclerosis that I was diagnosed with has come back. And I’m still a little freaked out just talking about it. But I have been watching dans videos, and in the middle of the night watched it again And couldn’t sleep so I came out of my room with my vision back. I have taken all of Dan’s assessment test and I know 100% now that I have TMS. And I’ve known this but I’ve had a lot of fear of the symptoms. And after watching this particular video, everything gets even more crystal clear like my vision coming back. That the hospital and doctors are going to give you labels and the fear of those labels are going to make your symptoms way worse and if you have symptoms remember that the only reason they come up, is to remind us to take care of ourselves. Before this blurry vision, I went white water rafting climbed 400 stairs and came down 400 stairs and had no symptoms. Yes of course the exhaustion was there. But then I came home and had to deal with a stressful family situation and because of that my vision got blurry. But thanks to Dan’s video now. I’ve got it back and I remember that I need to take care of myself. So for those of you who may be reading this comment I hope it helps. The symptoms come as a reminder to ourselves to take care of ourselves.

I never had neck pain until I had an MRI which showed some arthritis and doctors starting recommending physio and pain killers. Years of pain followed. Doctors seem to have no idea of the power their words have and how easily they can change a person's life.

So funny what you say about your leg and the running away! I spoke to my therapist (who uses a mind-body approach and watches you everyday Dan) and she said the same to me. I was a competitive weightlifter and also a world traveller, and a massive foodie! I also have a type A personality and was really successful academically - always pushing myself and wanting to be perfect. And TMS hit me in a way that it took all these away, and apparently that's very common. It hits where it really hurts and where it gets your attention. Same as you I also have the visual stuff, which is the one persistent thing I still have. But I know this will also ease off! Thanks Matty!

When I first saw Dan’s video I was hooked. That being said I decided to watch other people to. I thought it would be better. Big mistake. I didn’t like the way they sounded and how they were teaching me. They didn’t love us. In 1 week, I started watching Dan exclusively, best decision ever. Thanks Marty for your story very helpful. My MRI bone scan showed severe osteoporosis, spine etc. My GP tried offering me their go to drug to halt it. Luckily I'd did my research and knew about the severe downsides! He was flabbergasted when I told him it all lol then said we'd rescan in two years. Sorry but I think it's all a pharma marketing ploy. For a few months after, I started feeling pain that weren't there before, I started fearing falling over. Armed myself with more data and now walking more. My anxiety is sky high, I'm gonna work on doing what you said. I definitely have separated anxiety as being something else not PDP, time to change.
