AAAW thanks Laura! It's funny because brows look SO DIFFERENT in real life than on camera so I did them thinking they were beautiful and before she left, I checked the footage and saw how terrible they actually looked on camera. I made her sit down again and I did them so they would read perfectly on camera and then they looked great. But the entire tutorial looks wonky because the brows aren't perfect for the camera angle and lighting. It was infuriating. LOL @@laurazeller2014

I am a 37 year old woman, who absolutely loves your videos. I realize that I am still considered to be somewhat young, but I’m also not in my 20’s anymore. I'm 37 too! We are the same age :) I have just noticed that I had to start changing my application on my own face this year. Things are starting to move and that's okay. I am really happy that you are here and you enjoyed this video. I am going to be doing some applications on myself soon so hopefully you will find those videos even more helpful.

That’s very well said! I did not feel limited by makeup, when I was in my 30s, but I also had outgrown the learning curve of application by then. I think women are so beautiful once they get into their 30s! You know who you are, you’ve lived, and traveled, and understand the bigger picture, but you still have perfect skin. Think about how incredible Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana looked in their 30s. Oh! Have you seen the Tina Fey commercial with Glenn Close? Glenn Close looks so amazing! Anyways, I’m chatty today! Super awesome video Gabi ! I need to find the right brand of setting powder for over the concealer. I tried Pat Macgrath, and just didn’t work, creased like crazy & racoon eyes. 😂 I’ll try the ELF, and maybe need to work on technique. The right brush, and a lighter hand. So many good tips, especially for hooded eyes. She looks gorgeous ! 💜💜

Along with the beautiful makeup, having her bangs up and off her forehead really shows her whole lovely face! I used to wear full bangs, but with thinning in front my bangs dont look the same, so i go with what where they want to go naturally , a slight side part and bangs swept to the sides showing more forehead (even though i have a large forehead!). I have just learned to live with it! Looking forward to the video!

I don’t know. I think a well cut side swept bang would probably be very flattering. Not all hairstylists are good at cutting a side sweep! I also know it’s good to ask your stylist to refresh you on blowing out your hair or some styling tips.

Thank you for showing how to do liner and tiny wing for hooded eyes. So many people try to show this but it is usually so unrealistic and not even done on models with hooded eyes. She looks beautiful!

Hey! Yes, you're right! I think it is important to show things that are actually realistic and comfortable to wear. I really love makeup as an art but sometimes I find some tutorials to be so dramatic that they're fun to watch but not always helpful for real life. My goal really is to help people achieve their best looks IN REAL LIFE. That is why I never show any looks that are overly dramatic or complicated. Oh my gosh Gabi! She loves so glamorous but not too over done! I've been seriously considering wearing half lashes for special occasions but just haven't had the courage to try them. Now I think I'm ready. I also have had issues with my foundation creasing in fine lines especially around my mouth. I do use a setting powder but I think I'm not removing the excess makeup prior to using the setting powder. Always appreciate your tutorials! This one was awesome!

Love this series, I hope you’ll continue it. I thought she looked beautiful in part 1. Then hearing your recommendations made a lot of sense and her finished look…wow!! Stunning and those tweaks certainly elevated her look. ❤

Gabi loved this makeover. I have dipped my toe into the beginning of my 70ties (yuk) and i loved everthing about this video. So i am going to try to experiment more on my eyes and the undereye conceler.. plus i am going to buy that green NYX pencil...lol I am thankfull that i do not have many wrinkles due to good genes, but i can play tic tac toe under my eyes. I am totally into skin, hair ,gut and bone health. I am on a journey to fight this thing called aging!! Oh yes, i also watch the Blowout Professor and he has taught me a lot. Gabi you are a beautiful person...thank you.

What a wonderful and informative uplifting all the things, it had me I. Tears at the end. I am 61, and I used to love love makeup! I too have had a lot of loss, a husband and a son. I spend no time on makeup or anything else for myself and I feel like I look as bad as I feel these days! You and your beautiful model/subscriber have inspired me to change that. Thank You

Kudos and cheers for you, Gabi! Most women, in the US and in the world, are mature! We are all maturing! The beauty world only shows people who are not of mature age, and that is leaving out a huge beauty population! The products are sold to primarily mature women!

Wow!! I just ran into this video by accident and became instantly interested....I LOOOOOVED everything you did, how you took the time to explain every step and process. Linda is just stunning and her before makeup was actually really good, but the after...Amazing!! I love that you do this, it's easy to get caught up in the makeup videos and tutorials and sometimes you sit back and think like wait, why aren't they inclusive of all ages, and there are some channels that do but the explanation process...just beautiful! I hope that women 40+ become very inspired by your videos and realize you can do literally every step of a full beat makeup look, there just needs to be different products and different techniques.. I'm ranting now 😆 But one last time, absolutely stunning 🩷🥰🥰
