Today'a video is the third Warm Up video of the season, featuring Maty Ryan Brighton goalkeeper. Footage of Brighton goalkeeper training is limited, so this video of a professional goalkeeper warm up will give you an excellent insight to Brighton goalkeeper training. This is one of many 2019 goalkeeper warm up that I have recorded, however the first Brighton goalkeeper warm up. This provides a view to Premier League goalkeeper training through one of the best goalkeeper warm ups. There are a ton of fantastic goalkeeper warm up drills used in this video, which showcase some of Maty Ryan best saves. During this warm up, we see Maty Ryan at his best.

Cheers Adam, he’s a really good keeper and twice in this game he started a dangerous attack with a side volley. It takes tons of practice and I wish I could do one too

it’s such a hard technique to master but once you have, it can be so useful to your game so keep on working!

@@FrazGoalkeeping it's not very hard it's very easy to master. There's a lot of youtube tutorials on the technique; you just have to watch the demonstration and practice.

mat ryans side volleys are different to edersons as mat ryans are in the air more, which ones do you think are better fraz

Really good question, I’d say Ederson’s are better but only a tiny bit. Ederson can kick the ball so far and it’s still so accurate which gives him the win for me. Who do you think?

@@FrazGoalkeeping Thought when Maty was in La Liga he was the better distributor around... then he went to England and it turned to shit... if he played for Arsenal or City people would say he is best.. typical.
