Hawaii Trip to Maui Kite Beach. Still learning but getting Up Wind! I'm about 250 lbs on a Cabrinha 14m Switchblade. The winds where 10-37mph making it a bit over powered from time to time. Riding my @amundsoncustoms 6'4 surfboard. I'm still Learning but getting better each session. DJ Mikey Mike

Awesome video! Thank you thank you thank you for sharing! Have these on in the background while at work; I went tandem with Jared of Maui Kitesurfing School in 2016, to try it out, as a beginner, was awesome! I haven’t been on my own, but have wanted to try, have practiced with a smaller kite on the beach/learner they had, and this video shows the steps, experience, really well!! Thank you so much! What size kite were u flying? How strong were the winds that day?

14m Cabrinha Switchblade winds on the water were about 18-27ish and I weight 250lbs I was overpowered from time to time that i was able to work with the trim but a 12m might have been better for me this day
