My heart broke for barry when he 'lost it' and finally broke down, stating that was the first time he cried over the huge loss of his brothers. Linda will help him through. To say one Brother had a better voice than the other two seems unfair, as each one had a wonderful voice and different talents not forgetting different characters, that is what made them perfectionists, and put them at the top for so long. Barry made a very important statement and that was that their music was NEVER about DRUGS.....it was just NOT the Bees Gees style!! GREAT SINGERS AND SONGWRITERS.....They are also VERY honest and humble men!!
They always said whoever wanted to sing lead did. He came alive after he quit drinking and got his act together. He was always cute, funny , smart and sweet, but had major issues with drink. He even said so in an interview with Lynn Redgrave at his home in Miami Beach. Fans of Mo should check it out, it’s on RU-vid. He is so honest and endearing in that interview.

Sad he left too soon like Andy.but happy to have know what gifted brothers they were.just think that bright George ous smile he'd want that.more had style loved when he wore those hats..I remember him for his sense humor how he'd seemed not be offended if the attention was not on him.he'd do something silly as if say hey I'm here too. That made me love him that much more..he had the best smile'truth be told the meekest. Maurice and Robin are Loved and Missed so Much. I felt so Bad when I seen Maurice's Wife and Daughter crying 😢 It made me want to cry with them. You just think why God did you have to take Maurice at a young age. When his Family needed and wanted him. And we would have heard more Songs from the Bee Gee's. But only God knows why and we really shouldn't ask him why he took Maurice. We all need to be very Thankful for all their Songs.

Me, too. I never could figure out why he didn't. He talked about doing it and Barry talked about him doing it ; but in actuality, Robin filled in most of the spots Barry left open. Since I've already been accused of not fully appreciating Robin, let me assure you that I LOVED THEM ALL and totally enjoyed whatever they gave us. After saying that, though, I have to admit to liking Maurice the best. So sue me...lol.

I love all three brother Gibbs...I don't think I have a favorite nor did I ever...just because they all have their own talents and so I love each of them for the talent they have or had...however growing up listening to the Bee Gees Barry was the gorgeous one and yes most times the lead singer, as they aged Maurice became more handsome and I thought how gorgeous that man is...I loved the way he dressed with his black hat...individually they are great but together they were awesome...they fed off of each other giving us the most extraordinary group in history...never will there be another Bee Gees...I love you brother Gibbs...

Its July 14,2019, I'd watched this once going through my tablet seeing this made me happy and sad moe had his own sound but I can't understand why so many people over looked the fact that he could sing just as well as Barry and robin..in fact I loved him because he seemed to be the one over looked.I'm the third child.he was the third brother. I was drawn to mo because he always seem smile no matter what he'd joke do something silly it was his way he wasn't mad just easy going peace maker. Just like Andy wanted be his own. Person just because he was a Gibb he had talent too.mo deserves more credit than he ever got.I loved them all Barry, robin, Maurice and Andy. I felt special kind love for Maurice and Andy. This is a tribute to Maurice. My watching make me miss him and robin. If it was his chance Do solo camera should kept it more on him..they was all special,.to think Barry only Gibb brother left. I'm sure he miss his brothers as much as we do..just wanted say no matter how many years has passed it still hurt. Carol Clements Barry never left Mo out. he said that he loved when Mo did something funny, it made the crowds laughed. that what the crowds want, unexpected humour. Barry even tried so hard not to laugh. they just loved each others. i can see that, their family closed together. when Mo had serious problem with drinking, Barry's house was the place for his family to be safe. When Mo re-new, his marriage's vow, Barry was the groom maid. they loved each others and great singing together.
Yes! 😓 mo will always be my favorite!! I miss his honesty about life his caring and loving ways he always showed his wife and kids and his family and his God given talent he shared with such a humble spirit. I often wonder what might have been if he had lived. I believe he was really coming into his own; especially after conquering alcoholism. I found his voice (and his guitar) was more prominent than usual in the harmony/chorus of their last single "This is Where I Came In". Sadly it was not to be. May his soul rest in peace.
No other family has ever been so very talented and successful as the Gibbs but suffered such losses as this family has. Barry is the last man standing... all his brothers and parents are gone now. He is very blessed to have such a beautiful and loving family by his side. Maurice was a funny and down to earth guy that shouldn't have been taken from this world so soon. Nor should the youngest Andy. My heart and thoughts go out to the remaining Gibb family. The children are the next generation of talent and I pray they fair better than the first. God Bless them.
