Found this beautiful little Mauritian food stall along Croydon Highstreet during the Croydon Music and. Food Festival. Honestly believe Mauritian food is up there with the best in the world.
Due to the French and Indian cultural split, they really have found a way to infuse that into their food. Traditional seafood mixed with a little soft kick of heat, plated on some incredible noodles.
Whilst this is streetfood, I can imagine the restaurant can cook up some crazy flavours.
