Mauser 201 Luxus in caliber .22LR. A scaled-down version of the Mauser Oberndorf Model K-15. A deluxe version of the standard Model 201.
European style stock with Bavarian hump back comb.
Bedded with aluminum pillar sleeves. Secured with M5 socket head screws.
All metal is machined or molded. Two front-located locking lugs on the bolt that engage Stellite inserts in the front of the receiver.
The trigger is exceptional, breaking with a light pull with no excessive travel or take-up at approximately 2.5 lbs.
21 inch free floated barrel. Muzzle crown machined with 2mm chamfer on outside and 11 degree inverted crown.
Rosewood tipped European walnut stock, balanced. Length of pull 14" inches.
This particular rifle dates to the early 1990's.
