Would be epic, but if I'm not mistaken Lugia can't summon Pokemon with rule box, so you'd have to summon the Ex cards some other way. If the Hypno which summons two stage 1's is still in the format, maybe it could work? :D

ooo that’s a good point, or maybe reuniclus that can summon anything u find off the top 8 cards could work

That could also work, but the Hypno setup is bit easier than a stage 2 Pokemon and it's a guaranteed summon for the Ex cards compared to Reuniclus' gamble :D one problem that I thought of is that you can't really scoop the Ex cards with Penny etc. since you'd lose the extra 30 damage counters from passive, but I guess it isn't that big of a loss

yea i think hypno would probably be more consistent as well, def something i gotta look into for a potentially quicker set up!

@@GinJ-TCG guess can experiment with mist energies sense we draw so much with the mouse so could try that too? But otherwise, it's pretty fun!

i play 3 mist energy, but i def think a 4th is essential for the deck and isn’t super hard to squeeze in!

@@GinJ-TCG fair enough! I did go lossless with a dragapult deck at a local too. Specifically the silver tempest dragapult, with the 60hp dreepy! To be fair, it was only 3 matches and to be fair even more, the deck autoloses against stuff like regidrago and lugia but I didnt go up against those so ezpz. Just dodge the problem matchups

honestly I did try survival brace, but I was just trying to ensure some insane consistency with getting the evolutions out and hyper aroma carried that aspect. I think if I were trying to make this deck hang on a more competitive aspect survival brace+rosanes backup to recycle it would be the way to go!

@@GinJ-TCG I think it makes sense, I’ve been playing Maushold since February with Raticate and Bibarel , it’s a good trio but bibarel is kinda unnecessary in mid and late game

yea i actually really liked dunsparce in the deck for that reason + it doesn’t have to be a bench liability
