Mauville Game Corner [Pokémon: Ruby & Sapphire] 

I had this song in my head the entire night and I don't have a clue as to why. Maybe I remembered it after playing some Luigi's Casino in New Super Mario Bros. on the DS. 😂🃏🃏🃏🃏🃏🎰🎰🎰

Why do I imagine this as the great credits scene It has the triumphant intro having the picture of earth on it Then after, it goes on a slow scroll, listing off every recorded persons name (even the bad ones) that would be epic

LET'S PLAY SOME OF DAT POKER!! I wish that Mauville City's design would be like the neon lights in Las Vegas especially in nighttime. It would totally fit since the Gym Leader uses Electric Pokemon.

This is the most casino-esque Game Corner theme in all of Pokemon. The other ones are good too, but this one feels like the most grand.

Well folks, they've done the unthinkable: they CLOSED DOWN the Game Corner in ORAS! Don't be surprised if you don't hear a remake of this anywhere in the game. I'm hoping that they won't do the same when they remake the 4th Generation, but by the looks of it, things aren't looking good. I think that rather than modeling the Game Corner after game casinos, they should instead model them after arcades. Why not, those sorts of game corners are sort of popular in Japan, and quite relatable in the U.S. as well. Shoot up a bunch of aliens: get game coins. Win car or boat races: get game coins. Obviously none of those bloody shoot-bad-guys-up, cause' that will just get complaints from parents again. Earn coins, get prizes. Maybe then, parents won't complain about game corners being in the games, and about how it encourages gambling. Pray that they do this when they remake D/P, or there'll probably never be an official remake for that theme either.

The beginning reminds me so much of Casino Night Zone from Sonic 2...

Too bad this is gonna get removed in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire because of the stupid European Union laws. :( At least put different games inside that don't involve gambling. Voltorb Flip and a remake of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire Pinball, perhaps? That would be awesome! Ah, if only. I have a feeling a clothing shop may take the place of the Game Corner. Since you could change your clothes and gear in X and Y. Although, I think that would fit really nicely in the Department Store! :D

I dunno why, but it seems getting all 7s in this game is harder than in FireRed/LeafGreen.
