Hi guys thanks for the great show. Great game tonight. I said that the Wolves will need to keep the Mavs under 100 points ideally so they can keep it tight all game and then steal it late on in the 4th Q. Could Ant and McDaniels maybe switch on and off Kyrie and then let NWA come off the bench to help? They gonna have to contain Luca or Kyrie. I still got Wolves in 7
Wolves only lost by 3. It's not like their current approach can't win. That being said, I saw a few plays down the stretch in which Ant dribbled for five seconds with his defender in front of him, and without attacking, and that ended with a pass to Conley on the perimeter, who also had a defender in front of him. Conley did the same thing during that stretch.
@@AveChristusRex789 They shot 50% from the field. That might not happen again. The Wolves shot 61% on FTs. That might not happen again. Lots of things that can offset each other change from game to game. I'm not saying the Wolves will win the series, I just think the idea that they're in trouble because of one 3 point loss is a bit of an overreaction.
@@jonathansurovell3516 Fair point. "In trouble" is hyperbole. Of course, everything gets magnified in the playoffs, including reactions. Nevertheless, the Mavs have demonstrated certain advantages that will necessitate adjustments--these specific issues are buried in the "3 point loss": the Wolves can't play their bread and butter defense as much--or they CAN continue to do so, but at their own peril--for instance. While maybe not "in trouble," T-Wolves do "have cause for concern," if we're mincing words.
@@Tophergr8 idk, I remember hearing about how Gobert couldn't guard jokic and therefore the wolves' defense wouldn't work against the Nuggets. All the pundits were saying Minnesota had no chance. It still looks like a single 3 point loss to me. The wolves should feel like they need to play their best to win, and game-to-game adjustments will always be part of that, but I think that's to be expected in a conference finals series. I don't see much reason for concern beyond that.
He can’t. He doesn’t have elite ball handling moves. His shot set point is too low he can’t get a shot off without a ton of energy getting expended and he can’t get by the double teams and make the right pass.
@@timtimtimbb what’s more realistic: A) expect tens of thousands of people to not use social media until they get home from work? B) change the words in a thumbnail?
Don't get it twisted coach, your video with AI voice sounded terrible. Yes, it was your voice, but the cadence was distinctively robotic and unpleasant to listen to. I think people would have been more forgiving if you had included a disclaimer at the beginning of the video saying that you were using AI because of your laryngitis. As a viewer, I didn't know about the laryngitis so it came across as lazy and dishonest.
