@keith4810 You sure about that? Wiki, info last updated 5/26/11, mentions nothing about him coming out or getting his conviction reversed. If does mention that on 3/19/10 he won his appeal for a new trial and a new lawyer. That's was excellent news on his behalf. I was reading up on him to see if any new News was released about his case. If this is true, he is a blessed dude.

@keith4810 ~ Wow, that's crazy. Max needs to get on his knees and pray all day and all night on that b/c he did loose straight up on a jury conviction. However, he did maintain that he had nothing to do with the plan and they all knew that he wasn't at the scene of the crime. I guess it was worth not taking a plea and I guess he most likely didn't set this up if he won his appeal and got his conviction over turned. God Bless that brother. Wow!
