Another fantastic interview. MB&F has been on a roll lately and their success is very well deserved. Max always comes off as one of the nicest and most humble people in the industry. I really hope at some point they can increase their production and also make small smaller sized watches.
MB&F is best thing that happend to a watchworld. That is The way to show tribute to past and to reimagine the future, without leaving traditional values. Instead of product placing 19’ century technology like many others. 60 year old movement in 100+k watch produced in 2023
As usual, another wonderful interview. Thank you Chris. I've always enjoyed Max's interviews as he succinctly puts his points across in a gentle yet direct manner. His passion for his craft comes across so loudly that we can't help but get drawn into his wonderful mad world :) I can't say I'm one of those who doesn't mind losing 50k but I'm probably one of the pragmatic collectors although it seems like I'm down the rabbit hole by asking for an EVO LM 101 :)
