In the anchor part my cech rushes befpre the ball gets to opponent and they always score 😢 when i dont gk rush

Learn to time GK rush so u can easily capture the opponent have a fast lb or rb running behind the opponent and then do go rush with it this will pressurise the opponent and u will succeed almost 50% of the times
