Donny, thats broccolini aka baby sweet broccoli. rabe has more leaves and a bitter taste you'd want to braise in a small amount of stock and drain for sandies.

Philly guy here. Cutlet was acceptable but still a little too thick. And the bread just looks so weird everywhere else but Philly. No one beats our rolls. Would definitely still eat it though
