Zwag idk how often you read comments but depending on your symptoms you could try Ginger honey lemon Tea. I took 4 years in culinary arts and was focusing mostly on rejuvenating drinks and foods. But this helps with headaches, sore throat, cough, runny/stuff noses, fatigue and it taste pretty good. You can add more honey to make it sweeter if you want. I hope you get better. How about well stacked nasus tank but with lord dominiks for shreding armor? You would deal a lot more dmg thanks to 40% armor pen in synergy with E, but still be tanky and run through enemy team.
