I shoot 71lbs 30in draw as well and i was having the same issue with the same exact arrow Victory 300 spine and i switched to a 250 spine and it fixed everything.

I had the same issues as you. I used the Goat tuff Jig with 2deg setting and it stopped that issue for me. you may give it a go. Good luck

It could be the lighting. If you could get really slow motion video I’m betting it’s just the spin your eyes are catching. ???
