Hey guys I just wanted to say a quick thank you for the support on this video! I did not expect 20k+ views. Also I gained like 20 subs from this video, so thank you! It feels kinda unfair tho since I didn’t create the content in this video and only edited but I’m glad you guys enjoyed this ‘bromance’ as much as I did. Let me know if you have a request for another video❤️
That little half smile from Cole when Max calls him a stud kills me. You just know he's thinking "God dammit, stop being so likable, Max, we're supposed to be killing each other"
The, “I’m not even mad bro” while he’s dying is just his character in a nutshell. The chaos, but the pride. If he weren’t crazy, I feel like he would have taken Cole under his wing is B asked him.
I feel like he got pleasure about the chase and when he first died he was just like hell yeah I get to chase this (unintentionally) good killer again and possibly live through a brutal death again let's go!
@@emillee-raineReally? I gotten a different impression, about after his first death anyway. Yes he enjoyed the chase, but after his first death and when he was on the boat, he was like "Ok, lets get down to business now before anything else happens."
@@zabers5818 I will never complain seeing Samara Weaving on the screen a very good actor and Robbie Amell just takes the role seriously but just makes it look like he is having fun and goofing around all the time.
I seriously see max as a great big brother role model for cole, he’s like one of the best parts of the movies. Plus it’s kinda surreal that a killer is hyping up his victim.
I would watch the shit out of a short like 30 min film of Max recapping these movies to demons and hyping Cole up as the demons are like but he killed you “yeah and? I was trying to kill him and he bested me, what’s not to respect about that I had all the advantages and the kid got me, and he got laid doing it! Doesn’t get more badass than that”
In all seriousness 90% of the scenes where they are together, Max is giving him a life lesson on how to become a Man, the other 10 well.. he's trying to get his blood and kill him for a Satanic Ritual.. but it balances out along those lines well enough to enjoy their dialogue.
Max is the kinda character you can like, and hate at the same time. He is like an older brother to Cole in the movie, it is hard to hate a guy who gives a kid advice to stand up to his bully. In the second movie, he really sounds like an older brother because he was proud Cole lost his virginity
I just love the "COLE YOU STUD! I'M NOT EVEN MAD BRO!" That was the moment that made me scream "WHY MUST YOU MAKE ME LOVE THE CHARACTER THAT'S GONNA DIE😭😭😭😭😭"
I LOVE this character dynamic! I mean, sure Max is crazy and trying to kill Cole, but he is also his big brother who sticks up for him and teaches him how to stand up for himself. You can tell that Max genuinely does care about Cole and really did miss him. Robbie Amell was perfect for this role.
@@makyung3840 I know right?! That smirk is just so perfect for the ludicrous situation he's in. Like he's proud of himself because of max's praise, amused at the guys response, and just totally stunned by the situation
Idk. I feel like he never actually wanted to kill Cole. Everyone else? Hell yeah, never hesitated. With Cole? He could have easily killed him so many times but "failed". I feel like he really did see him as a little brother and went along with it to toughen him up
@@williamthompson1109 he HAD to kill Cole, but even he said that Cole didn’t deserve it- Cole was in an unfortunate circumstance, Max was happy that Cole killed him, cause he didn’t want to kill Cole
“Do you even know what an orgy is?” “I’m guessing it’s something a bunch of sad people do cause they want other sad people to like them, and they can all forget how sad they are in general.” “That’s actually a pretty good answer” lol
I love how Cole tried to keep a straight face at the end but he just bust out that nonchalant ass smile/laugh as Max calls him a Stud. I feel like that was a genuine response any guy would have after losing ya V-card and a bro puts two and two together without you saying nothing.
He's about kill him And he's teaching him about justice He's about kill him again And he's told him about self defense Typically big brother that we know
@@thatbangtanlife451 maybe he was expecting him to kill him and his friends to make him toughen up and if he could kill him, then he wasent man enough and they just continue on
Max is without a doubt my favorite character. He's pumping him up, yet he's trying to kill him at the same time. It's what made this movie so awesome. "Bastard. You deserve better than this." ROFL 2:43 Gotta love Max for this!! =D The look on Cole's face is even funnier, lol!! *Cole sighs and looks away*
I don’t think he was a psychopath or a sociopath, he has empathy and expressions of feelings. He’s got some pretty bad antisocial personality disorder but that’s about it.
We could all learn from Max: even when you're on a homicidal rampage or fulfilling your cult prophecies, you still find the time to cheer on the little guy.
@@maliqprosser In American slang it means an attractive male, with the connotation that he is popular and successful with women. The term probably originated from the expression and act of “putting an animal out to stud” where select prized male animals (mostly horses and bulls) were put amongst a select group of females of the same species with the sole goal/purpose of mating with as many as possible to get faster/bigger/better bred animals.
Each character has a personality trait lol Bee: a gorgeous dream girl whose a satanist Max: a psychotic big brother figure who just wants to kill Sonya: Dark and Twisted John: a Goofball whose a satanist Allison: Another Airhead/ Red-Head cheerleader who is also Conceited who wants to become one of the sexiest Journalists around the world
@@noahochiuzzo3106 a innocent looking beautiful blonde who also has her twisted side that cares about only fame and would do anything to make her dreams happen even if it means killing someone she's known throughout her entire life
@@emilymay6369 yeah, i usually dislike when a character have no development, but Max is such a funny and sweet character that honestly it didn't bother me he's lack of development.
i love max! he is so different from most villains. yes he wants to kill and is a complete psycho but he is also honorable and friendly, such an interesting and well written character. I loved his interactions with cole. Robbie has really outdone himself with this role. I loved both movies and really cannot wait to see what happens in the 3rd movie
0:53 that part was so cute tbh ❤ the fact that he cared enough to ask who that boy was and if he did that a lot to him, not to mention that he also helped him and encouraged him to confront his bully. It seems like he really likes Cole, he is so proud of him even when he is killing them all lmao, is a nice bad guy.
Lol When max is dying again and all he could say is, “I’m not even mad cole...respect!” 😀👍😂god damn.... It’s hard to not like him when his so weirdly nice and friendly to cole. Wish he was a good guy.
@@nins7457 Yeah the first act was good and the the second and third act came and it was straight up poop. Promising start and just turned to shit. First one was great like every second. I should have known, the director is very hit or miss. More like miss.
@@goldo1107 true. But I’m just happy to see how everything ends. The second movie was kinda so so, but still interesting to watch. Since, I really liked Bee as a character and wanted her to be redeemed for what she did. Though I did like the movie. I still didn’t like how it ended really. I wanted Bee to live or at least not be dragged to hell. 🤷🏻♀️
Honestly the best scene of Killerqueen is when they’re all dying and Max is like “not even mad bro, RESPECT” when I first saw that I felt bad and don’t want him to die xD
IKR? I had a few people say how much they didn't like the first movie, and I was like I know I know, but you have to watch the second movie to really appreciate it. And the few to do so
Somehow Max became one of my favourites character in that movie 😂😂, the guy is a killer yet his so chill and actually cares about Cole. It's even more epic in the second movie where he is actually proud that Cole lost his purity.
