Hi! This show specifically was a Big Time Rush concert and the show was about 3 hours long which includes both opening acts and their set. And they did start on time. Max was one of the opening act. Since he was the opening act his set was 33 min long. I’m sure his show will be over an hour long so expect his show to be way longer than this show! :) I hope you have the best time at his show!!! 😄
