I got the caramel color Manuela 3.5 years ago. It's heavy but love it. I don't like the 101 Madame looks so boxey but it looks good on you. I would love to get a Labbro in the future as well.
I actually liked the first one - Madame - most on you maybe because it is so on trend. They are all beautiful though and Manuela in black was the most elegant for me !

I never knew about cettire!! And you look fabulous in all of them! Can never go wrong with max mara coats! I love max mara and their coats are amazing quality and such staple pieces. Like you, I also have the arona coat fr the s max mara line. Right now it’s been much colder in southern California so I have swapped out for manuela and 101801. Would love to add the labbro coat but can’t get past the price tag. As for the 101801, weekend max mara have a similar style at roughly $1000.

My fav is labbro and manuela lol... But one day i will get burberry coat first (my dream) then move on to others when needed lol... Currently RTW luxury isnt my level yet... I dont know why but i feel the order to have luxuries as i progress are: wallet, handbags, shoes, accessories, jewelries, then RTW..... 😆

I think the Labbro coat looks the best on you. My personal fav in this video is the Rialto coat since anything too long might kind of overwhelm me. I'm only about 5'3. I recently got one from Cettire based on your recommendations I decided to shop there however they sent me the wrong size and I had been having a tough time getting a helpful reply. All they have is the customer service email. I read some reviews from others that had difficulties returning because the return time has passed. I contacted them the day I received it and mentioned how the size was wrong and I got an email back 2 days later with the not much helpful information on how I can successfully return the item. I hope they will not penalize me for their mistake. Do you happen to know any other way to contact them besides the general customer service email? Thanks 💕
Hi Celia, sorry to hear your story. If you are planning to return the item, you can return it online and it’s a very straightforward process. You can put the return reason as wrong size received. Then you can place a new order if you still like. Their online return is free and ready easy: P What did you need help with from your customer email? Personally, I only had great experiences with them and that’s why I recommend Cettire to you!I discovered them last year and I bought so many things from them cause of their good price. I reached out to their customer service via their email before. I got response the next day and all my questions were answered. They should be able to solve the issue for you since you just got it and especially it was not your fault! But you don’t need their permission to return tho. I hope this get sort out for you soon!! For me, the return option is on the right side of the item I purchased and I never need to contact customer service for return, I click on it and I can generate the label and schedule the pick up myself....I exchanged different size before and it was really easy for me! I hope your situation will get sort out soon!!
