Why do people use the knock back on helm I’m getting into bracers and looking for good build and wanna know about helm nice vid btw really good gameplay
It's an extremely versatile spell. When timed correctly, it can cancel skills like Bear Paw E, Bracers E, and even channeling skills like Cultist Robe R. It is also good for kiting away against an enemy with Fiend Cowl, just bop 'em away and sprint away (the knockback prevents them from casting purge on you). And overall, it's a good tool that you can use to get space from enemies while waiting for cooldowns. Hope that makes sense xD Thanks for watching, dude!
Sorry for the late reply, bro. I didn't get notif. I personally use Cultist Cowl because the 3rd E is good for ranged match ups. If you're into IP stacking, Cowl of Purity is also good because of the Ava Privilege (+100 IP compared to standard cowls of the same tier).

You gotta have 10 Siphoned Energy in your inventory (you can buy this using Favor points from doing BZ activities). The default hot key for it is Shift + O. Hope that helps!
