I hate that Max will never comment again on clues if you've already found them and you're replaying the game or level, as some of the things he has to say about them are pretty great. Sucks to have all this dialogue available only one time.

I always feel like ending to this level was somehow cut and final shootout before badguys get to Giovana's hiding spot is missing (area of the last cutscene)

Yeah, all those spots for cover? Absolutely the game's way of telling you "a shootout will happen here", but it must have gotten cut for whatever reason.

Ikr. of all the games they remastered from ps3 to 4, this would have been the only one I whould have spent money on. This and a full Max Payne 1 remake using this same gameplay.

In general it's used synonymously as "..man" or "guy/guys" expression or stand in for "fool" depending if its used positively or negatively by black gangsters. It's the hateful use of it towards/about black people by someone who it's overtly racist that is problematic and offensive.
