Rockstar announced the GTA Online Criminal Enterprises DLC last week and there was a bit more to it than we originally expected for the Summer Update in 2022. A new NPC by the name of Lupe was added as a staff manager for CEO warehouses, who has the unique ability of Sourcing Special Cargo and providing the player with a new and substantial passive income in their Warehouse to help ease the ever growing cost of this huge and varied game.

From 100 missions from Lupe's Crate Crew the numbers are as follows: You can get max 3+1 crates Average is 1.5 crates. (this makes the crates $5,000 per) ~59% chance for one crate ~28% chance for two ~13% chance for three ~1% for Unique crates

Thats crazy because one of my warehouses has 3 unique crates in the the first 10 lupe sources lol. None of the others have a unique crate.

son-of-a-bitch, I think this guy is right. I took a pic before paying Lupe (always steels 1 crate only), compared it to after. my actual earning after paying $7500 was $54.00 after subtracting 7500. $2mil warehouse-my range was 54 to 60k. does that sound like what your getting also?? let me know. I did this to see if it was a waste of money.

This update has rekindled my grinding manner for businesses ever since cayo came out I'd only focus on that and occasionally selling my nightclub since biker businesses arent my cup of tea and I completed all bunker research, but now thanks to lupe and this video I think I just may have to buy a large crate warehouse

do it man, before this update I never touched ceo crates. now I have 5 large warehouses, 4 are full and I sold one for the 2x money. selling a full large warehouse with the buffed poulated lobby bonus is $6m now. when another 2x week comes out, gonna be $30m

I've got to agree with you there, the cayo nerfs hurt a bit at first and I still have opinions on that, but I have to admit it's been nice mixing up the gameplay with some old friends/crew that returned specifically for the changes.

What i dont get is why grind cayo all the time… like whats the purpose okay you stack dollars and can buy cars (?) but you stuck with doing cayo over and over again?

@@thisizamra I actually did get burnt out on cayo. When the contract dlc came out I had roughly 110 million left over after buying what I wanted and since then I only did cayo with friends who needed a 2nd person to get their gold. Grinding cayo is like that quote from the bee movie. "You grab that stick, and you just move it around, and you stir it around. You get yourself into a rhythm. It's a beautiful thing" I was just in a rhythm.

I own 5 large and have techs from all 5 consistently sourcing. Don’t store over 70 in a large and there are limits for medium and small crates because that starts the raid timers.

Let's do some math, on average we get about 1.5 crates from Lupe, that means we need to go over to talk to her 74 times to fill up our warehouse, lets say we take about 2 minutes to fly over talk to her and fly to where ever we need to go next, thats 148 minutes or about 2.5 hours to make 1.65mill (111c / 1.5c = 74 * 7,500$ = 555,000$ - 2,220,000$ = 1,650,000$) Thats about 660k an hour which is decent but it's a pretty repetetive task and there are better money making method. If you wait to sell it untill theres a boost on special cargo sell missions you can sell it for a lot more especially if you then also manage to do it in a lobby with other people. Though these boosts are very rare so the money would just sit in there for a long time.

My problem is that 48 mins is still a long time, I don’t have time to be waiting just for 1-3 crates to show up, at that point I’d rather just grind the cargo myself

Actually the best passive income right now per in-game day is Nightclub. You already cash a lot if you have businesses and technicians on it, and you can call Yorhan every 20 minutes to receive one drop worth around 15~25k per trip. Every in game day a popular nightclub cashs out 50k per day. That's worth like a solo sale of weed/counterfeit. And you can get popularity now just by driving some npc or throwing someone out. Pretty easy in my books.

1 ingame day is 48 minutes Even with the best scenario and maximum effort for a warehouse where you always get 3 crates, you would still have to visit Lupe 37 times, even if you do this 24/7 non stop without missing a single second before you pay for your next shipment, this will translate to 48 min x 37 = 1776 minutes or roughly 30 hours, that is 30 hours of constant nonstop work which obviously is unrealistic. And even if what I have described is the best mathematical scenario it is still not worth it And since the most likely scenario is to average 2 crates per delivery you would need to visit and pay lupe 56 times at least for a full warehouse this process is absolutely stupid I dont know why you keep saying it is worth it, when if you do the nerfed cayo perico solo every 3 days which is 30 times less effort you would earn double of that Yes it is passive income, but it is not that passive, it keeps dragging you back to the warehouse for every goddamn transaction and for an average of 56 goddamn times on what planet is that worth it ???

You know your supposed to use this feature while doing crate missions at the same time before the update it took 6 hours to get 111 crates if your fast but now it should take 5 or 4 hours since lupee could get you 30 ot 20 crates

Should definitely be able to send all 5 techs out from one location , your office maybe? I thought it was a bug that Lupe the “staff manager” isn’t chilling in my office. That alone would instantly make this TOP grinding.. Or at least add Lupe as a contact to my phone so I can send all 5 out via call or text

IMO the best thing about this update is that you can sell the bunker excess to ammunation for a quick 50 K, and then go to your ceo office to sell mixed goods for another 50 K. Easiest 100 K ever. I do it twice a day (morning, evening) because of IRL work, but still, 200 K a day is fabulous. 1.4 million a week. And when the mixed goods to sell is coming from my small warehouse (i have a medium and large one too), i hop in and spend 7500 for the guy to source a crate or two. Once it reaches 8, I sell them because I heard 8 is the minimum you need for a one vehicle sell. Rockstar, please do not nerf this!

You forgot about exporting mixed crates. $50,000 for a 3-5 minute drive to the docks. Pay Lupe for a crate, export from the CEO office assistant and repeat. If you only get 1 crate each time that’s 111 export mixed goods which nets $5,550,000. On a double money event that’s $9,950,000 for each large warehouse. Not bad at all!

Large warehouses only sell for $2,220,000. Double cash would be $4,440,000 each warehouse.

As much as I love doing crates it’s sadly really bad for making money over time, filling a large warehouse with 111 crates could take your up to 4 hours, and you’d sell for 2.2 million with 1.5 million profit. When I could just set up a Cayo heist and complete it within an hour and earn 1.5 million….

Rockstar achieved their goal by nerfing cayo perico, that goal was a diverse gameplay, personally I don't like cayo perico because I like doing business in the main city and that's why I have my 4 business set in the city, but with the nerf, rockstar is somehow forcing the players to do other activities and honestly I'm happy about it, doing the same shit is boring, I go over every money making method I can while playing, the games turns out to be very fun that way.

The warehouse that is expandable with the Club has a similar mechanic. Hire up to five guys to source goods and sell when full.

Only downside is how long it takes. Even if you play non stop and get each order right on time it takes 88 hours to fill 111 at 1 crate each and 29 if you get three crates each time. Alot of the times I forget how long its been or miss the text so that slows it even further. Definitelt still good but id advise helping avtively by stealing crates personally to speed it up. Also since it takes so long to refill id maybe keep 4 full and only sell one each time so that you have the others for double weeks but still make moneu

The high risk bonus you get from selling in public sessions would earn you even more profit! Definitely worth the grind for just simply visiting your five special warehouses 🤑🤑🤑

What I think people are forgetting to talk about here is the time. 48 minutes for one delivery? The Bunker and Nightcblubs are WAYYY better in terms of money per hour, comparatively. Rockstar needs to add an option to call Lupe. I have three warehouses. Why can’t my “manager” start a source for all warehouses? Makes no sense.

It's an odd mix of passive and active for sure, but for the time spent engaging it the pay is good, like 400-900k/hr profit. If you send them out before logging off, they'll have your crates sourced when you get back on, so that's something the NC warehouse doesn't do. I start Mixed Goods and hit up all my warehouses on the way to deliver at the docks, takes 7-8min to source on average 7-8 crates worth 70-160k, seems pretty good to me even if it is a slow build.

@@G763-d2v 5 warehouses cost $37,500 for each source. Mixed goods delivery pays $50,000. Takes 56 sources to fill up a large warehouse. Takes 5 minutes to run mixed goods & source warehouses. $50,000-$37,500 = $12,500 x 56 = $700,000. 56 x 5 mins = 280 mins or 4.66 hours. 111 crates x 5 warehouses = 555 crates x $20,000 = $11,100,000 + $700,000 = $11,800,000 / 4.66 hours = $2,532,188 per hour.

Your staff, from my calculations. It’s 60% for 1. 25% for 2 and a 15% chance for 3. I could be wrong but I think thats a good measure. They also have a chance to source the rare crates Like the gold mini-gun.

Only if we could buy full suplies, that will be awesome, imagine not needing to check all you businesses, especialy for someone who didn't buyed the Master control in the arcade, that will be most precious thing, but i don't think crates needs to be that way, yes this adition is great, but it will be nice if r* will let us get more crates inside a vehicle, and the ability to source 5 at time, and you could buy some sort of car/plane/heli/boat with space enough for 5 crates, that will make more ppl to grind at the werehouses and stop doing cayo after cayo till they get sick of it

Made some simple math correct me if I'm wrong, but worse case you always just get one create, and you play gta 5 hours everyday after work for 5 days, cuz people how lives on the weekends. That would be 25 creates every week. Now times 4 cuz somtimes there 4 weeks in the month that be 100. Almost filling up a large wearhouse. And ik many won't sell the large and medium ones unless double moeny is out, soo basicly it'll take 3 days for small, 2 weeks for medium, one month and 2 days too fill up. Not bad honestly. Like I said most will just sell small since the others aren't worth it until double money.

don't forget to mention the best part of passive income and return of investment, you can sell mixed goods every 48 minutes too by asking your assistant in the CEO office, and you get 50K just for nothing, so the 7.5K investment to source cargo is also covered and you have even more profit just by simply having an active warehouse business

You actually save money 2 out of 3. Plus its ideal to hold onto it til 2x money on crates and the high demand bonus will allow to earn 6 mil in a full lobby on double money events

I go to invite only Lobby right off the bat I spawn at the airport the military base get my Cargobob go pick up my crate take it to the store then go to every single Warehouse last but not least make sure I interact with my nightclub production manager and Source crates to him has been pretty good

Lupe also get extra cargo that doesnt shown in your wearhouse but you have to talk to your assistant and and it shows an option to sale cargo and thats an extra $150,000

I've got 2 warehouses (medium & small) near my lombank office, and large logistic depot close to my vehicle warehouse and another medium warehouse near the railway yard, since I found out we can source...I just do a mixed goods delivery which is easy and on the way back I pass 2 of my warehouses and just send the npc assistant...even traded in my 2 warehouse near lombank and purchased another large wholesale furinate and Darnell so now they're all very close to each other...and I can send my slaves out to source for me while i enjoy a round of golf and the odd payphone hit here and there, sometimes I'll do security contract recover valuables if its specalist+..making money in gta now is very very easy...compared to back in the day...

Your forgot to mention that in your arcade you can use the computer which manages all business & pay 15k for 3 crates & once in warehouse they worth 80k more so you so you get 3 crates instead of one makes it fill faster ahah

I have two characters with ceo office and bunker and I do both 50.000 contracts and earn an asy 200.000 while I wait for other stuff I got large warehouses on both too and one kosatka do I'm earning more money than ever before Started from the bottom never bought anything I also got oppressor mk2 on both characters for maximum efficiency

Its july 2024 and i started a new character and iv paid lupe 7500 to sorce creates and literally every time its only 1 crate. Iv done it over ten times and its always 1 crate. Did Rockstar nerf this or something?

if your luck was really bad and you sourced a crate from lupe every 48 minutes you can fill up your 5 large warehouses in 18 days its not really worth it when you can make 18mil or more in 18 days

So each crate you have to wait 48 minutes? 88 hours if you want a full warehouse.

If you play 10 hours a day and send them to source cargo as soon as possible every 48 minutes with 1 warehouse it’s $40k a day. Not a lot 😬

i still find this a bad addition because you have to constantly go to the warehouse and manually start her mission, why havent they done this via phone call like most new missions we get

When your sourcing cargo City or nightclub offended either send you to the docks are to the north side of the map if it's in a cargo van do not use missiles on it use machine guns are your vehicles guns did a long the ass end of it it will stop quickly take over the vehicle

Source cargo to the staff is like Gambling. We pay 7500k for 1 crate is too expensive, but otherwise if they can source 3 crates for 7500k we are lucky, especially when Staff can giving us Special Item.

It's not really gambling. If you follow this guide and sell a full large warehouse, each crate will be worth 20k. So even if you get one crate from Lupe/warehouse staff every time you'll still more than double your money.

So, I'm a solo player, and my driving isn't incredible. If I sell a full medium warehouse, will it be in one vehicle? I don't want to go back and forth and maybe not make the timer.

Here's what I have been doing: I own 2 large warehouses, so I visit each one and send the helper out to source crates. Then I go to the nightclub and do the popularity mission (blue dot). This keeps popularity maxed out and the safe fills up quickly. Then, go to the Los Santos Car Meet. Call the mechanic and spawn in a car. Then go into the Test Track. Drive in reverse to the exit and stay at the menu. You can't get kicked from the lobby from here. You will generate income at all of your businesses from here as well as Car Meet rep! Once a day, leave and visit your warehouses to source more crates and empty your Nightclub safe. Easy money!

I use 5 large untill i realized i can make a 2nd character so i got my other character to fill up her five large warehouses too wich eqals upto 20 +mill depending on iff got any rare crates but i only seell bothe characters warehouses when its double money wich equals 40 + mill thats with both characters ware houses sold successfully will equal 40 + mill. You do this too only if you have the money in the game to do this. Usually in passed it double money on crates 2 a year unless its changed

After grinding 220 million from car duplication glitch I am ready to do things the legit way and I kinda like the fact where you just have to pay lupe and wait for the crates to get sourced. I hate sourcing crates grind, it's so tedious and boring.
