FWIW- It is much easier to insert and remove the thinlite pad if the pack is filled rather than empty.👍

bonjour Thinlight Foam Pads 76 gr is it a good item ? is it solid ?

In the video, you can roughly see how it bends when I pull it out of the backpack. I can't say it's very stiff (definitely not stiffer than the backpack frame), but it's clearly stiffer than typical sitting mats. I would call it a good product, but that's very subjective.
