Hey everyone!
In today's video, I'll be showing you how to use the amazing GoogleFinance function in Google Sheets! This function is a real game-changer and will allow you to track stock prices, currency exchange rates and more directly in your spreadsheets.
First things first, let's open up a new Google Sheet and start by typing the formula "=GoogleFinance" in a cell. From there, you'll see the different parameters you can use to customize your data, such as the ticker symbol, start date, and end date.
Next, let's say you want to track the stock price of Apple. All you have to do is type "=GoogleFinance("AAPL")" and voila! You'll see the current stock price of Apple displayed in your cell.
But wait, there's more! You can also use the start and end date parameters to track stock prices over a specific time period. For example, "=GoogleFinance("AAPL", "2022-01-01", "2022-12-31")" will give you the stock prices for Apple from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022.
Not only can you track stock prices, but you can also use the GoogleFinance function to get information on currency exchange rates, market indices, and more. The possibilities are endless!
So, what are you waiting for? Give the GoogleFinance function a try and start tracking the stock market in your Google Sheets today!
Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next one!
