I dont know if anyone is going to answer this but I'll ask anyways. i have recently been listening to a subliminal to change my smile and I heard many people say you shouldn't look in the mirror because it slows down the process and the brain thinks that you already got your results. but can I look in the mirror if I don't smile? because the subliminal I'm listening to is supposed to change the shape of my smile..
