Maximo PM Job Plan Sequence Explained 

Go to application designer -> search for PM -> select PM designer screen -> look for Edit Dialogs icon on the panel (beside Control Properties) -> select Search more fields and you can edit Adv search screen how you want

Should the system generate 2 monthly work order before the counter hits 3? and when it is 3 it generates the quartely? Is it because the counter was not set to 0 in the beginning?

i have 4 job plan in PM, i put 1,2,3,4, as sequence, when i open view sequences i found 1,3,1 !! Maximo skip 2 and 4.. what's the problem ? , how can i fix this ?! many thanks
