At this point in time, I only use open style air conducting buds. I work outside year round & wear buds every day. It's gotten to the point if I wear my Soundcore Air 2or 3 pro's for more than an hr. My ear canals get inflamed & very uncomfortable. I have the Tozo Open buds & Soundpeats Runfree lite air conduction buds & really like them. Granted they will never sound as good as the Air 3 pro's with Ldac. But it's not worth better audio for inflamed ear canals. Thanks for a great review. I was hoping for better air conduction from Soundcore. My next purchase will be probably the 1More Air conduction buds the S50's. Thanks again.
Oh no. I understand how that would feel. I have a friend with similar issue and now uses mainly headphones. Thanks for dropping by and sharing your experience!
....These Are Not Comfortable . They Hurt The Concha Of Both My Ears . ....Shokz OpenFit Have Never Hurt My Ears Or Caused Any Discomfort . ....Soundcore Needs To Do Better . ....1st They Release The Dud Known As SpaceOne ....Then They Release The Aerofit Pro That They Clearly Didnt Do Human Fit Tests Which Is Just Sad As The Aerofit Sound Is Excellent .

The next progression will be 1980's technology. A removable foam covering for the driver enclosure. It's more comfortable and helps reduce wind noise and is still an open design that allows you to hear your surroundings.
Aerofit has better clarity, but the Gofree 2 has better bass and less sound leakage. For fit, the Aerofit is a bit smaller and feels lighter, but the Gofree 2 has that silicone finish which is very comfortable to the ear. Also, the Aerofit has a pocketable case unlike the bulky Gofree 2 case. Overall, Aerofit for better sound and build quality. Gofree 2 for better base, less sound leakage, and cheaper.
Tozo has better sound but bulky build due to the square shape ear pieces but they are lightweight but not a low profile like the aerofit plus the aerofit has better quality material than the Tozo which is cheap plastic feel
The buds live has better sound quality because the drivers are closer to the ear. The advantage of the Aerofit is you can wear it longer because it sits outside the ear. I find it useful when I'm walking outdoors and need spatial awareness.

They may not fit your ears. My friend loves them and they had discomfort with the shokz open run. I like my shokz except for the band and I do get ear fatigue wearing them. I was thinking of trying these for the adjustable band. Not all ears are the same which makes it hard to pick one but I have never seen an open ear earbud work for everyone.
