Optreden van Maxine & Franklin Brown op het Eurovisie Songfestival 1996 vanuit Oslo. Ze stonden al wel op yt maar nu dus ook met mooi beeld en geluid :-) Gespot op 20 mei 2006.
Maar dat betekent niet dat het ook goed is, We hebben het festival ondertussen 5 keer gewonnen, Maar Nederland is niet echt super sterk in het Songfestival.
Waar zij over zingen dat had ik toen net achter de rug. Dit liedje vergeet ik nooit. Word ik nog altijd vrolijk van. Soms kippenvel. Meteen bij m'n favorieten! Idd, nu wèl mooi beeld en geluid! Bedankt.
@@TheStraatjutter hot verdam means "Good grief" or similar. ass tu bleeft is a general courtesy word like bitte in German and opkewerde is f off. I worked in Brussels and became fluent in French but learnt just bit of Dutch but weirdly picked up the accent in English which was not good because people would either reply in Dutch or think I was taking the piss.

The equivalent for merci is dankjewel/ dank U wel ( Thank you well ) Godverdomme literally means the same as Goddamn (it). Belgians have a less pronounced G than ( many ) Netherlanders but in general Dutch G's sound like the J in Don Juan.
