all them pre workouts have given me anxiety attacks and heart palps. maybe to strong? great leg workout them legs on you are the best and your and amazing lady Kristen.

@@KristenGraham I was just wondering, I am turning 60 this year and have been fighting cancer for the last 8 years. They took my bladder and because of injuries and chemo, I have to have my left hip replaced. I was just wondering after I’m done with all that how to start to get back into the gym to try and get back into shape because he wouldn’t know it by looking at me, but I was actually an athlete and I just think you’re extremely inspiring so I just wanted to say thank you.
@@daniellachowitzer4216 sorry to hear everything you are going through. but I would suggest just easing nice and slow into any fitness routine with the input of your doctor. they would be able to give you much better advice than I would say but just dont get discouraged and take it one day at a time.
