I love seeing all things MaxNat, but I just want to point out that the sheer panic in P'Zee's eyes at 13:02 when he realizes that Nat is tearing up as well and rushing to get him a tissue is a prime example of how much all of the Domundi boys genuinely love and care for one another (imaginary couple or not). It makes my heart so happy to see all of these men and boys supporting each other wholeheartedly.
Yes he does love him. I think people are confused because earlier on he wasn't as clingy but he also made it clear that Nat was so young and there was the age gap. He was probably trying to protect him from only God know what goes on in the BL industry and didn't want to be accused of being a groomer. He is smart to be cautious.

I’ve never watched this series but I know there was some drama between a couple on the KP series. People were talking about that couples age difference. Umm excuse but these 2 have a 9 year age difference and nobody comments on their age but with the KP series couple a war was started
